Nutribuddy: First Impressions

Nutribuddy: First Impressions

Recently I’ve been trying to eat healthier, do more exercise and tone up so that I feel really good about my body.  So when I was contacted by Nutribuddy to trial their product in return for an honest review, I jumped at the chance of a little headstart to my fitness kick.

As a little disclaimer, I just want to add that I would never promote a product to you that I didn’t truly believe was safe. Nutribuddy isn’t a fad diet and I think it’s perfect for people trying to tone up, but if you think for a second that a product like Nutribuddy would trigger any disordered eating then feel free to not read any further and steer clear from this kind of product.

I was sent Nutribuddy’s 14 day supply which included the following.

Sculpting Whey:

I’ve never tried any kind of whey or protein. Usually it’s not vegetarian and so I was really drawn to Nutribuddy because for once it is! I chose the chocolate flavour because hello, chocolate! But there’s also vanilla. You mix the powder with either water or milk and drink the shake as either a meal replacement or as a snack. As I’ve been going to the gym a lot lately I’ve used the shake as a snack rather than to replace a meal.

Hunger Fix:

The huger fix tablets claim to suppress your appetite and make you feel full. Although these are completely natural (they’re made from a plant extract), I don’t feel 100% fine about taking these. I’m super careful about what I put into my body so I haven’t given them a go yet.

Shaker Bottle:

This is really handy, whether you’re using it to mix your whey shakes or just as a water bottle to take to the gym.

Multivitamins:

In spite of what I said about the hunger fix tablets, I’m looking forward to taking these multivitamins. You can take one of these any time of day and they claim to have lots of benefits, such as strengthening your immune system, and reducing fatigue.

Recipe Book:

The kit also contains a little recipe book to give you inspiration for healthy meals. I’m really trying to eat more healthily so I’m going to be finding this really useful. The only downside is that there aren’t all that many vegetarian recipes.

I’ll be updating you soon on my fitness journey, so here’s hoping for some good results!
